Our modern machinery meets every requirement in the field of high-precision turned parts – quickly, flexibly and economically. The different machine concepts enable the cost-optimized production of quantities in a wide range of production batch sizes.

Whether small or large series production – we process semi-finished products in a wide range of diameters as round or hexagonal material, as hollow bar or tube and, above all, as wire. This enables us to achieve the most economical solution for your requirements in the quantity range from 2,000 to 200,000 pieces per production batch. Seven-digit annual quantities are also not uncommon and are handled by means of blanket orders.

The customer-specific storage of parts in our high-bay warehouse gives our customers a high degree of flexibility in demand management. Handling robots are available for fully automated parts removal to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and the required surface quality. All with the aim of being able to offer the most economical conditions.
